Cassandra Johnson is senior vice president of operations for CredAbility. She is responsible for the agency’s department that collects deposits from clients and distributes those funds to creditors. She is also responsible for all inbound and outbound calls and e-Services for the agency.

Prior to joining CredAbility in 2010, she served as vice president of Global Operations for Abundance Transportation, where she led the strategic and standards areas for the organization. She also held top management positions at The Home Depot, Federal Express, Columbia Gas and Florida Power & Light. At The Home Depot Johnson was responsible for the Customer Care Operations that handled approximately 830,000 customer phone calls, emails and other communications.

Johnson serves on the Corporate Executive Advisory Board and Endowment Fund for the Georgia Tech Black Alumni Organization. She served on the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta.

She is a graduate of Georgia Tech. She holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Toledo and an Executive MBA from the University of Tennessee.
