Doug Erickson develops and manages the agency's strategic programs with attorneys, financial services companies and other organizations.

Erickson joined CredAbility in 2005 as a regional counseling manager and in 2006 was named bankruptcy program director.

Prior to joining the agency, Erickson was a vice president with MBNA for 18 years. While there he managed a variety of areas, including credit, collections, marketing, administration and quality assurance.

He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
