Tim SpearinVice President, Quality Assurance and Compliance

Tim Spearin is vice president of quality assurance and compliance for CredAbility. He is responsible for the agency's continuous improvement efforts involving the documentation of policies and procedures, monitoring and auditing of service transactions, client feedback mechanisms and corporate training, focusing on performance management and management development. Spearin also oversees the agency’s Corporate Compliance function, which provides guidance to the agency’s management with respect to regulatory requirements that affect its business operations.

Spearin joined the agency in 2006. Before CredAbility he worked at MBNA America Bank for 12 years. His most recent position was vice president of education and development and assisted in the start-up of the bank's southern headquarters in Atlanta.

He is a member of the National and Atlanta chapters of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and previously served as a board member of the Atlanta National Coalition Building Institute and ASTD Atlanta.

Spearin graduated with degrees in both French and International Relations from the University of Maine. He holds a master's degree in French from Middlebury College.
