Vicki Williams is vice president of project management for CredAbility. She oversees implementation of the agency’s new projects and major initiatives.

She was formerly the vice president of DMP services, the agency’s department that collects deposits from clients and distributes those funds to creditors.

Williams joined the agency in 1992 as director of client services. During her tenure at the agency, she has held positions responsible for counseling, debt management plan services, call center operations, information technology and facilities.

Prior to joining CredAbility, Williams worked 14 years with Macy's South as the senior executive over credit authorizations, collections, customer service, new accounts and methods and procedures.

Williams graduated from Georgia State University.
