Our debtor education course will prepare you for a new beginning.
By law, before your bankruptcy case can be discharged you must complete pre-discharge bankruptcy education. This course lasts about two hours and you will learn about:
- Setting realistic financial goals
- Learning to read your credit report
- Obtaining or re-establishing credit
- Managing budgets and more
This course is only available to individuals who have already filed for personal bankruptcy. You will need your case number before you can take the Debtor Education class.
